Cette année, deux classes de 3eme ont eu la chance de partir à Londres afin de découvrir le street art ainsi que la culture anglaise.
Ils nous racontent leur séjour et leurs aventures :
Our trip to London was great, and luckily, so was the weather ! The bus journey was a bit long and tiring because we left at 4 am, but our stay there was awesome ! We visited the Tate Modern and the Royal Albert Hall, which were both really interesting, even for those who usually hate museums or guided tours. We also wandered briefly around Camden Town and did an amazing two-hour alternative walking tour in Shoreditch to discover London’s street art ; there were also works by French artists such as Invader or C215, and we saw some graffiti being spray-painted on the walls. We went on a lovely boat tour on the Thames too, from Westminter to Tower Hill, during which we were able to see the London Eye, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. And we were even given some free time in Covent Garden and Canterbury (almost all of us bought food and sweets because we were sick of the dull sandwiches made by our host families ;-)). Thanks to the teachers and the school for the wonderful experience and memories !
Come and have a look at our exhibition about street art, with our pictures taken in London ! It is held in the entrance hall from April 4th to April 18th ! 🙂
